Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten program focuses on core subjects: math, science, English, and social studies in addition to safety awareness programming, community integration activities, gardening, art, and music programs. It fuses  direct instruction, group projects, and individual activities within the classroom, our outdoor learning spaces, and the community. We intricately weave the building blocks of developmentally appropriate aims such as health and wellness, personal and interpersonal development, functional communication, self-regulation, and executive functioning development, among a vast array of interlocking skills. We naturally incorporate nature, art, health, safety skills, community and environmental aawareness, and much more, into our daily activities and educational environments.
